Synopsis

Buku Manajemen Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit Rakyat (Konsep & Srategi Keberlanjutan),  hadir sebagai rujukan untuk memahami pengelolaan perkebunan kelapa sawit rakyat secara berkelanjutan. Kelapa sawit rakyat memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian nasional, penciptaan lapangan kerja, dan penguatan ekonomi pedesaan. Namun, petani rakyat masih menghadapi berbagai persoalan mendasar, seperti legalitas lahan, keterbatasan modal, rendahnya akses terhadap input berkualitas, lemahnya kelembagaan, kesenjangan produktivitas, serta tuntutan pemenuhan standar keberlanjutan. 
Membahas perihal keberlanjutan perkebunan kelapa sawit rakyat melalui pendekatan multidimensi yang mencakup aspek lingkungan, ekonomi, sosial, kelembagaan, dan teknologi,  pembaca juga diajak memahami bahwa keberlanjutan tidak hanya ditentukan oleh peningkatan hasil produksi, tetapi juga oleh tata kelola kebun, penguatan organisasi petani, akses pembiayaan, transparansi rantai nilai, pendampingan teknis, serta dukungan kebijakan yang konsisten.
