Synopsis

Selanjutnya, buku ini menguraikan pendekatan perilaku petani dalam menghadapi risiko, teknik identifikasi dan pengukuran risiko, strategi mitigasi, risiko perubahan iklim terhadap produktivitas tanaman pangan, risiko produksi dan operasional, risiko pasar dan keuangan, model kuantitatif dalam manajemen risiko, risiko rantai pasok dan digitalisasi, hingga manajemen risiko terintegrasi untuk memperkuat resiliensi agribisnis.Buku ini disusun untuk memberikan landasan konseptual dan aplikatif mengenai manajemen risiko dalam agribisnis. Pembahasan diawali dengan konsep dasar risiko, jenis-jenis risiko, prinsip manajemen risiko, dan proses pengelolaan risiko dari hulu ke hilir.
