Studi Kelayakan Bisnis
Synopsis
Studi Kelayakan Bisnis merupakan buku ajar yang disusun untuk memberikan pemahaman sistematis mengenai proses penilaian kelayakan suatu rencana usaha, khususnya dalam konteks agribisnis. Buku ini mengantarkan pembaca mulai dari pemahaman konsep dasar studi kelayakan bisnis hingga kemampuan menganalisis berbagai aspek usaha dan mengambil keputusan investasi berdasarkan informasi yang tersedia.
Pembahasan dalam buku mencakup konsep dasar dan ruang lingkup studi kelayakan bisnis, konsep keuangan dan investasi, tahapan penyusunan studi kelayakan, serta analisis aspek pasar dan pemasaran, teknis dan operasional, manajemen dan organisasi, hukum dan legalitas, serta lingkungan dan sosial. Pembahasan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis kelayakan finansial melalui berbagai indikator investasi, seperti Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Payback Period (PP), Break Even Point (BEP), dan analisis sensitivitas. Pada bagian akhir, buku membahas risiko dan ketidakpastian sebagai bagian penting dalam menentukan keputusan kelayakan dan pengembangan usaha.
